At Hands for Heroes, we believe no veteran should miss a medical appointment due to lack of transportation. Our Heroes Transportation Unit provides reliable Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) to help veterans get to the care they deserve safely, comfortably, and on time. 

Our service is designed specifically to honor and support veterans who may face transportation barriers when traveling to medical appointments, wellness visits, or approved healthcare services.
