Helping Hands for Heroes, powered by TrueVet Solutions, is a transformative initiative aimed at ending veteran homelessness in Jacksonville, Florida. We are building an 82-unit transitional housing facility dedicated to restoring dignity, stability, and hope for the men and women who have served our country.

Also an Army Veteran, strategist at heart and a leader by nature, Fontane brings years of operational expertise and passion for impact to Helping Hands for Heroes. He's the kind of leader who knows how to connect and turns ideas into action, and action into measurable change. From refining our systems to driving business outcomes, Fontane ensures every move we make is rooted in purpose and built for growth.

Katie is a compassionate nonprofit leader who believes in showing up for people with dignity and kindness. With generations of military veterans in her family, she is dedicated to giving back to the heroes who shaped her life.
